Operating across three service lines—Direct Support, Document Processing, and New Matter Intake—the team manages critical legal documentation, organizes case materials within the firm’s iManage Document Management System, and ensures compliance with legal formatting standards. Using Microsoft Office Suite, Kofax Power PDF, and specialized firm tools, the department handles document conversion, template-based drafting, mail merges, table creation, and redlining. The work is sensitive and often confidential, requiring both precision and discretion.
