Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with various divisions within the Legal Department to provide legal guidance on business operations across the company and its subsidiaries (if applicable).

Develop, update, and maintain a system for delegation of authority, authorizations, and assignments across the organization.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and external legal requirements in all operational activities.

Offer legal consultation and review of commercial, labor, and economic contracts to mitigate risks.

Monitor and manage periodic and ad hoc reporting requirements to regulatory authorities relevant to the legal and compliance departments.

Lead, organize, and oversee all legal affairs of the company effectively.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in law; holding a legal practice certificate is a plus.

Minimum 7 years of experience in legal advisory or compliance roles.

At least 2 years of proven experience in leading legal teams and managing legal functions.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian law, especially in areas like corporate law, foreign investments, labor, construction, commercial contracts, environmental law, land use, M&A, and dispute resolution. Experience in the EV charging or electricity supply sector is advantageous.

Demonstrated leadership, accountability, and a results-driven work ethic.

High sense of responsibility, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to take initiative without relying on others.
