My domain was IPR. Worked assigned during the internship was researching, drafting mails, & pointing objections.

Being an intern with an objective of exploring IPR domain, I had learned the core of IPR, how objections & filing process takes place.

During my internship I was asked to research on case laws that too from the opposite side. The case was quite complicated from the opponent. I had faced difficulty in searching the same and preparing the brief.

Mentors are really helpful throughout the internship. They will guide at every step you face difficulty.

Yes, on the very last day of my internship I was given a proper brief of my work.
OVERALL EXPERIENCE & SUGGESTIONS
- What did you enjoy the most during your internship?
The guidance and support during the work, being a newbie to this specialization I had faced difficulty during the work but the support I got had enshrined my enthusiasm to learn and grow in the particular domain.
- What improvements would you suggest for the internship program at the firm?
a) The mistakes which I did were, I was really slow while researching & used to prepare very detailed case briefs. I would highly recommend improving the researching skills as the allotted research are mostly aligned up in court.
b) Prepare pointers while you need to present any of your case summary of recent precedents.
