Position Overview
Birchrose Associates is seeking a Legal Resourcer to join its UK team on a part-time basis for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC), with the possibility of extension or permanent employment. The role will involve supporting Legal Recruitment Consultants with candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment processes, particularly within the Legal Business Support market such as PA/Secretarial, HR, Finance, and Risk & Compliance.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Sourcing high-quality business support candidates for Top 200 UK law firms in London
- Participating in vacancy briefings with Legal Recruitment Consultants
- Building candidate pools on LinkedIn and other professional platforms
- Conducting candidate screening calls and preparing shortlists
- Drafting and posting job advertisements
- Supporting market research and analysis related to the legal recruitment sector
- Assisting with social media outreach and candidate engagement
Eligibility
- Candidates with a law background (studies or employment) or recruitment experience
- Experience using LinkedIn and other social media platforms for professional networking
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Candidates must have the right to work in the UK
