Position Overview:
The role is for an Area Legal Manager (ALM), involving handling litigation, recovery matters, and ensuring legal compliance for the company’s financial operations. The position requires coordination with advocates and managing legal risks associated with lending and recovery processes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handling civil and criminal litigation matters
- Coordinating with panel advocates and legal teams
- Managing loan recovery and enforcement proceedings
- Ensuring legal compliance in financial transactions
- Advising on risk mitigation and documentation
Eligibility:
- LL.B. from a recognised university
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience
- Preferably enrolled with the Bar Council
- Experience in litigation and recovery matters preferred
