The role is for a Legal Officer (Non-Litigation), involving core responsibilities in property law compliance, title verification, and legal documentation within the housing finance domain. The position requires handling legal processes related to mortgage and property transactions while ensuring regulatory adherence.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Preparing legal reports
- Conducting title verification
- Handling property law and mortgage-related matters
- Ensuring legal compliance in documentation
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents
Eligibility:
- Qualification: LL.B. (mandatory)
- Experience: 1–3 years post-qualification
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years
- Strong knowledge of property and mortgage laws
- Good drafting, communication, and MS Office skills
